Trump warns of stronger military action if Iran breaches agreement

President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that United States forces will remain stationed in and around Iran until Tehran fully abides by what he called the “real agreement,” cautioning that any violation would provoke a military response more forceful than ever, according to CNBC.

“All US ships, aircraft, and military personnel…will remain in place in, and around, Iran, until such time as the REAL AGREEMENT reached is fully complied with,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

He added, “If for any reason it is not…the ‘Shootin’ Starts,′ bigger, and better, and stronger than anyone has ever seen before.”

Trump emphasized that the agreement ensures Iran will refrain from developing nuclear weapons and guarantees that the Strait of Hormuz remains open and secure for commercial shipping.

“In the meantime our great Military is Loading Up and Resting, looking forward, actually, to its next Conquest,” he wrote, concluding near midnight with the statement: “AMERICA IS BACK!”

The warning followed a two-week ceasefire brokered by Pakistan between Washington and Tehran, which paused six weeks of conflict and temporarily lifted concerns in global markets, as hopes rose for the resumption of energy transport through the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran confirmed that safe passage through the strait would be allowed, though it must be coordinated with its armed forces.
