A Nigerian artist and lawyer identified as Juicy J has narrated her ordeal with some police officers in the metropolis.

Juicy, who took to her Twitter handle; @juiciestofjays alleged that her vehicle was shot at by a police officer for refusing to give him money.

The legal practitioner said she was stopped by some police officers while driving her car.

She alleged that because she was driving a Benz, the policemen initially tagged her a prostitute, but on sighting her Mac book laptop, they changed the allegation to “yahoo girl” and demanded the sum of N500, 000 from her.

Juicy said one of the policemen followed her to an ATM to make a withdrawal but when she got there she tricked him.

She said she told the policeman that she wants to get her other card from the car in case the one with her doesn’t work, but immediately she entered her car she sped off and the police officer shot at her car.

She wrote,

“Nigerian policemen stopped me & asked me to come down because i was driving a benz. “this one na ashawo” was the first thing they said so i showed them my paintings at the back. that wasn’t enough for them so when they saw my mac it changed to yahoo girl.”

And demanded i gave them N500,000 they fully said they will follow me to atm & whatever the limit is, they will be satisfied with whatever the atm dispenses. these are armed robbers o.

Only one followed me so when i got down, i told him i needed my other card incase the one i was with didn’t work. I sped off and he shot at the car.

It’s currently being “investigated” so i can’t say much. I almost drove into another car due to shock but i’m fine now, thank you.

Reported them immediately and i’m not backing down for any reason.

However, there were mixed reactions to Juicy’s story as some of her Twitter followers gave instances of their encounter with police officers in a far different manner.

Some of them questioned the credibility of her story and told her that they also drive Benz and other big cars but have never had such extreme reaction from the police.

Juicy, who was not happy with the doubts that trailed her story said,

“I put that information out there because I could have lost my life but stupid men are chatting shit and questioning my credibility. just pray that something worse or similar doesn’t happen to you.”
