Nigerian publisher and columnist,  Betty Irabor, has taken to her social media handle to narrate her miscarriage experience while reaching out to other women who have gone through the same unfortunate experience..

In a tweet shared today November 26, the columnist stated that she has had a miscarriage and a near miscarriage and that the experience is bloody nasty.

She advised ladies not to feel they brought it on themselves and they should try to free themselves of the guilt

”I have had a miscarriage & a near miscarriage & the experience is bloody nasty. U blame ursef 4 what u cld or should have done differently. D guilt consumes u. Truth is, It’s not ur fault. U didn’t bring it upon urself. Try & set urself free from d guilt so u can begin to heal” she tweeted
