Ahead of tonight’s Champions League final, some Chelsea fans have taken their fanaticism to a whole new height.

A few overzealous ones have stormed every available social media platform with viral photos of cows procured and painted in Chelsea’s colour.

Reacting to the viral photo, a concerned sports analyst @femim tweeted that he hopes their action does not prove counter-productive.

“Chelsea fans don buy cow ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League final..They did similar thing in 2008..At the end of the day, it ended in premium tears.”

Another tweep, @stephenslade0 replied his tweet.

“Even in tears, we go help them chop the meat.”

A die-hard Chelsea fan, @Sports_Doctor2 thinks otherwise.

“Today is the day the Lord has made and we (Chelsea Fans) will rejoice and be glad in it.

“Congrats to @ChelseaFC for winning their second Champions League trophy.”

Chelsea will face Manchester City at the Estadio do Dragao on Saturday night, May 29 (tonight) to determine who rules Europe.

Both teams have already arrived in Portugal for the showdown as tension builds in anticipation.

Chelsea hasn’t made the final since their last historic night in Munich back in 2012.

This is the club’s third quest in the final contest.

Meanwhile, Manchester City are appearing in their first UCL finale.
