Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has publicly announced a reconciliation with her ex-husband, Olakunle “Churchill” Oladunni, after nearly a decade of bitter public conflict.

In an emotional statement shared across her social media pages on Saturday, Dikeh described the reunion as a “divine restoration.”

“After ten long years of public battles, deep wounds and pain, God stepped in. What looked impossible and beyond repair has been touched by mercy. Peace has replaced chaos, and respect has returned,” she wrote.

The actress credited the breakthrough to divine intervention, sustained prayers, humility, and obedience to God. “This reconciliation was not achieved by strength or wisdom but by spiritual transformation,” she stated.

She expressed gratitude to Churchill, the father of their son, for choosing peace. “I am deeply grateful to the father of my child Dr Kunle for yielding to God’s word and choosing peace. Obedience to God always births restoration, even when the road has been long and painful.”

Dikeh emphasized that the renewed bond is rooted in humility, genuine forgiveness, and a shared commitment to the wellbeing of their child, King Andre Churchill.

She offered encouragement to others in similar situations: “To anyone standing where I once stood, tired, wounded, misunderstood… please hear this: God has not abandoned you. Your story is not over.”

Tonto Dikeh and Olakunle Churchill married in 2015 but separated less than two years later amid intense media scrutiny, mutual allegations, and legal battles over custody.

The surprise reconciliation follows Dikeh’s renewed devotion to her Christian faith and reflects a significant shift from years of public disputes.
