Toddler made to smoke and drink alcohol (video)
A viral video posted by Mailonline shows teenage parents giving a toddler beer to drink and Indian hemp to smoke.
According to Mail Online, the parents, aged 17 and 18 years have been arrested at their home in Formosa, Nort-Central Argentina after the footage went viral on the internet.
Both parents claimed the video was a joke and that they had not really given the child alcohol or cigarettes.
