President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, president of LoveWorld Incorporated and founder of Christ Embassy, as he marked his 62nd birthday on Sunday.
Tinubu’s message was released by his Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
According to the statement, the President praised Pastor Chris for his strong influence in ministry, both in Nigeria and across the world. He also described the preacher as a man known for teaching and practising love.
Tinubu said Pastor Chris’ message has always centred on love, adding that his teachings have touched millions. He also noted that the clergyman has played a major role in shaping modern ministry.
The statement said, “The cardinal message of Pastor Chris’ ministry is love, just as exemplified by Jesus Christ.”
The President also commended Pastor Chris for years of helping the poor and supporting those in need through various humanitarian projects.
He said Pastor Chris has shown love not only in words but in action by standing up for the underprivileged.
Tinubu wished him more strength as he continues his work in the ministry.
