Nollywood’s Timini Egbuson advocates for national lockdown on Valentine’s Day

Nollywood star, Timini Egbuson has called on the federal government of Nigeria to introduce a national lockdown in the country on February 14, 2021, which is Valentine’s Day.
Egbuson made the call in reaction to viral posts of couples sharing loved up images on social media while participating in different romantic challenges.
Timini, who is also known as one of Nollywood’s most eligible bachelors made a case for there to be a 24-hour total lockdown on Valentine’s Day.
The movie star jokingly said irresponsible that people are holding hands and kissing in public when there’s a pandemic.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote:
“We need a full national 24 hours lockdown on Valentine’s Day. This thing don dey spread too much.”
He also agreed to a suggestion that the lockdown be introduced on February 10 ahead of Valentine’s Day (Feb 14) and end on February 17, 2021.
