Bolu Okupe, the self-professed gay son of former presidential spokesperson, Doyin Okupe, says has ended his relationship with his French boyfriend, Mfaome.
Bolu who made the announcement in an Instagram live session on Monday evening, also posted a video from the session on his feed.
“Yes we broke up,” he said.
“Sadly we are done & our relationship is over. I was blessed by every bit of our time together but sometimes things just don’t work out. Love & Light.”
In the video, Bolu was seen saying there are always three sides of a story – the parties involved and the truth.
“I don’t feel like I want to talk about a situation related to him when he is not here to refute any claim or defend himself,” he said.
Bolu added that he would not be involved in messy breakups where former lovers drag each other on social media.
