Sunday Adeyemo, popularly called Sunday Igboho, has arrived at the Cour De’appal De Cotonou, Benin Republic according to reports.

The Yoruba nation agitator and his wife Ropo were arrested on Monday by the International Criminal Police Organisation at the Cadjèhoun Airport in Cotonou as they tried to catch a flight to Germany over immigration-related issues.

WuzupNigeria had reported that Yoruba-speaking supporters in the Republic of Benin before his arrival had besieged the court demanding that Igboho should not be returned to Nigeria, saying that he had committed no offence.
