Nollywood actor, Williams Uchemba, has reacted to Nigeria's Super Eagles loss to Ghana, saying he was happy that the team failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup.

In a post shared on his Instagram story, the role interpreter said losing the match would make the Nigerians channel their anger to pressing issues in the country.

An aggrieved Uchemba disclosed that almost 1,000 citizens attacked on Kaduna-Abuja train on Tuesday are yet to be accounted for, and some people are acting like it is not a big deal.

He said some state governors have not also issue any statement regarding the attack on Kaduna railway as well as the victims involved.

He said, "Maybe it’s good we lost so we can channel our anger on the pressing issues in the country. Almost 1,000 Nigerian citizens cannot be accounted for and some people are acting like it’s a normal thing.

"If it takes losing a match to get upset and know that we are in a hell hole so be it. Some heads of state are yet to make a statement on the issue. I guess they are busy planning for 2023."
