However, the South Africans went into the break 3-0 up after Gabriel Salgado netted the thrid in the 43rd minute.
The Falcons pulled two goals back in the second half through substitute Obianujunwa Ikechukwu by the 53rd minute to make the game 3-2.
However, the visitors were handed another penalty four minutes to the end of the game and Mamello Makhabane scored to seal a 4-2 victory for Bayana Bayana.
