The Speaker of the House of Representative, Yakubu Dogara, on Friday, attended the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) meeting of Africa region.
Speaker Dogara spoke on the role of parliament and perception of Africa during the crucial meeting.
The speaker made this known on his Twitter handle; @SpeakerDogara when he shared pictures of the meeting.
Those in attendance at the meeting include Assitant Regional Secretary CPA Africa, Ghanaian Parliament, Deputy Speaker, DS Swaziland Parliament.
CPA Africa is an organisation of National Parliaments and Provincial Legislatures of member countries of the Commonwealth in Africa.
