Spanish police have arrested a man who attempted to steal a multi-million Naira jewelry box belonging to Nigerian singer BNXN whose real name is Daniel Etiese Benson.
The quick actions of the singer’s security team, along with the assistance of the Spanish police, led to the suspect’s capture.
The incident was highlighted by British-Nigerian media personality Adesope Shopsydoo, who shared a video on Instagram showing the dramatic moment of the arrest.
In the video, the suspected thief is seen being restrained by BNXN’s security team before being handed over to the police.
“Thief who tried to steal singer BNXN’s box of expensive jewels apprehended by his team and police in Barcelona,” read the caption of the video.
The singer who is currently in Barcelona for his concert has not made any official comment regarding the incident.
