Six items needed for N-POWER physical screening
N–Power programme was established by the Federal Government to help tackle unemployment and alleviate poverty.
Established on 8 June 2016, the scheme was created as a component of the National Social Investment Program, to provide a structure for large-scale and relevant work skills acquisition for unemployed graduates and non-graduates between the ages of 18 and 35.
Consequently, applicants are selected and assigned to several places known as the Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).
These PPAs can be found by checking one’s Npower Deployment Status. Applicants will then be paid specific stipends on monthly basis by the scheme.
Once shortlisted as an NPOWER beneficiary, an email will be sent to only those who successfully passed the NPOWER test cut-off mark (60% maybe).
Below are what you need to present for physical verification:
1) Original & photocopies of your SSCE or BSC certificate & NYSC dispatch letter
2) Valid National I.D card
3) BVN print out.
4) Recent passport photographs
5) Local government identification.
6) Age declaration
