Popular Disc Jockey, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola aka DJ Cuppy, expressed shock on Thursday after a visual artist asked her to cough out $3,636.36 (about N1,498,096.65) for a personal portrait.
Recall that the adorable portrait of the Global Citizen Education Ambassador drawn by a local artist went viral yesterday, prompting her to share it on her Insta stories.
Obviously intrigued by the piece of art, Cuppy urged her fans to help locate and ask the artist how much he would be willing to charge the artwork.
Fortunately, a fan who claimed to know the artist reached out to her, saying that the supposed artist was ready to sell but for a whopping $3,636.36.
The billionaire heiress who was left stupefied at the staggering amount could not help leaking the chat on her social media account.
Sharing a screenshot of their chat on Thursday, Cuppy wrote,
“welcome to my world, Screaming!!”
