Photos have emerged of how a young man was stripped naked in Abia state, eastern Nigeria, after stealing bunches of plantain.
The picture which is making the rounds online, showed the man being taken around with the bunches of plantain that he stole on his body after being stripped stark naked by people from Obohia village in Ukwa-East LGA of the state.
Stealing is not an offence which is easily pardoned in most parts of the country, especially in the eastern part. However, jungle justice is not something the government encourages.
