She reminds me of Taju, AY urges Nigerians to help Success’ family out of poverty [Video]
Ace comedian and filmmaker, Ayo Makun, has urged well-meaning Nigerians to help little Sucess and her family with finances to completely take them out of poverty.
The comedian said Sucess reminds her of five-year-old Taju a young boy living in Ibadan who went viral after a clip showed him trying to learn English language.
AY also confirmed that he had spoken with Success and her mother.
AY wrote;
“I had a chat with our little friend who simply reminds me of Taju. As I say a big thank you to everyone who has promised to help pay for Success’s fees, it is also important to note that it goes beyond this one child.
“They are so many of them around us facing a range of disadvantages such as lack of education, poverty, neglect deprivation and abuse. As much many people do have their negative views about how Nigerians jump on trending situations like this, kindly note that it is the fastest way of calling the attention of those in authority to their responsibilities.
“Today, God has decided to remember our little girl Success through kind-hearted Nigerians like you. So feel free to give as much as you can to change her life and that of her family completely. ADEGOR VERA ANWULI ECOBANK 5523001911”
Since hitting social media, many Nigerians, celebrities alike, have shown concern for the girl, some have reached out to her family and her while others have promised to do same.
