Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has described his father as the greatest leader Nigeria has ever had, praising his policies and commitment to youth empowerment.

Speaking at a youth gathering in Adamawa State, Seyi dismissed criticisms of his father’s administration, stating that despite attacks from opponents, Tinubu remained focused on governance.

“They keep coming for me, they keep coming for my family, they keep coming for your father, they keep coming for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the greatest president in the history of Nigeria,” he said in a widely circulated video on Monday.

Highlighting the president’s impact on young Nigerians, he said, “He is the only president that has kept your people at home, from when he was governor to when he became president. The only president that considers youths, the only president that created a platform for young people to fly.”

Seyi further claimed that President Tinubu’s economic policies had positively affected Nigerians across various sectors.

“The only president that created an economy that has benefitted everybody, the only president that is not trying to enrich his own pocket,” he added.

In recent weeks, Seyi Tinubu has been actively engaging with communities in northern Nigeria, distributing food items and participating in Ramadan activities.

Earlier in March, he joined Kano residents, including the state chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Hashimu Dugurawa, for Iftar.

His outreach has also extended to Yobe State, where he engaged with young people as part of his community initiatives.
