A Woman has come forward with new allegations against the nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court, Brett Kavanaugh, charging that as a teenager he engaged in sexual misconduct towards multiple girls.

Julie Swetnick says she went to high school with Kavanaugh and witnessed him drinking excessively, trying to get girls drunk so they would lose their inhibitions and engaging in “abusive and physically aggressive behaviour toward girls, according to a statement posted by her lawyer on Twitter.

The woman, who works for the Federal Government, says she was gang-raped by a number of boys while in high school and that Kavanaugh was present at the party where the crimes occurred.

She also alleges she witnessed him lining up in a “train’’ outside a room to sexually assault incapacitated girls.

Swetnick’s statement was made public by Michael Avenatti, a lawyer who also represents Stormy Daniels, an adult film actress who alleges Donald Trump paid her 130,000 dollars so she would keep quiet about an affair they had in 2006 before he became president.

The statement comes just one day before Christine Blasey Ford is due to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about her allegations that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a party when they were teenagers.

Another woman made allegations of misconduct to a local media outlet over the weekend, saying Kavanaugh exposed himself to her during a dormitory party while at Yale University, prompting Democrats to demand the nomination proceedings to be put on hold.

Kavanaugh denied in a media interview having ever engaged in sexual misconduct and is demanding a chance to clear his name.

Currently, the committee is scheduled to hold a vote on Kanavaugh on Friday.
