Futurists observe the status quo and beyond buzzwords that weigh down some of the smartest Nigerians inside and outside her borders, Ade Olufeko boldly delivers substance in a collective that would no doubt reverberate times over.

The mid-year issue of Visual Collaborative’s open-access guest interviews explores topics on business, self-awareness, youth leadership, and more, this second iteration will introduce people from all walks of life.

Titled, Voyager, the issue will be released on visualcollaborative.com/interviews, will give readers a front-row seat to the paths of many who are making strides in the humanities.

This trend of the catalog ISSN 2642-9780 and its success continues, as the first issue produced a major sensation.

This platform introduces exclusive stories that feature over 23 pertinent individuals. The three main features of the issue are; Grammy-nominated Nigerian music artiste, Seun Kuti; Chris Uwaje, a major figure of technology in Africa; and Aya Chebbi, a Tunisian activist whose conquering women’s rights in Northern Africa.

Presented in a question and answer format, this Voyager Issue includes conversations with the likes of Minneapolis civil rights commissioner, Anika Robbins, prolific artist, Dawn Okoro, and others.

There will be showcases of illustrators and achitects, like Kate Worum and Jennifer Jorgensen. Also, Chicago-based makeup artist Jana St. Jaimes, and 93 days Movie Actor William Seun Kentebe. This power packed issue will even display one of West Africa’s youngest emerging female political activists, Fatima Al-Ansar.

Only a dedicated team of freelancers can make an issue like this successful, and it’s all under the leadership of Business Futurist and designer, Ade Olufeko, his assortment of business ventures afforded him global speaking opportunities in academia at various Ivy League schools such as Oxford University, Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School, London Business School, Carnegie Mellon University, Columbia University and Georgetown University.

In November 2018, Olufeko was invited by Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari to speak at the Nigerian Diaspora Investment Summit.

An email, received from Visual Collaborative’s public team, expressed immeasurable excitement about this project. It’s also a possibility of Ade Olufeko’s departure from the Polaris project to work on other cross-platform engines, following the next collective to be released in November 2019.
