Progressive Governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the Chairmanship of Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, on Sunday, paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Kano His Highness Mallam Muhammadu Sanusi at his Palace.
This was made known in a post shared on the Facebook page of one
Mohammed Grema Adamu.
Governor Okorocha during the visit explained that the Governors were in Kano State for a meeting and the 1st legislative parley where lectures will be delivered.
The chairman said the Governors are also billed to inspect and commission some projects done by Kano State Governor, Umar Abdullahi Ganduje.
The Emir of Kano in his remark, thanked the Governors for making Kano their venue for the meeting as well as paying him a visit.
Th traditional ruler urged the Governors to continue to execute policies and projects that will have positive impact on the lives of the people. He disclosed that Kano played a significant role in bring APC into power considering the votes gathered from the state.
