The remains of veteran Nollywood actor and broadcaster, Sadiq Daba, was laid to rest on Thursday according to Islamic rights.
Daba was buried at the Agege Hausa Cemetery in Lagos amid emotional farewell from families, friends and professional colleagues who gathered to pay their last respect.
The actor who starred in October 1, Citation and other highly rated movies lost the battle to a protracted leukaemia and prostate cancer.
He was a father of two children and grandchildren.
