Nigerian music star, Mayorkun, and his Nollywood actress mother, Toyin Adewale, have reunited after two years of not seeing each other.
Mayorkun who recently won the “Next Rated” at the 2018 Headies award said his mother came to see him perform in Washington, DC.
He shared the photo with his mother and wished her “Happy Mother’s day.”
He captioned the photo:
“Not seen her in 2 years too. Missed her so much!
“She came out for my show in DC. Happy mother’s day ?”
Not to be left out the proud mother also shared photos of her son on her Instagram page. She wrote,
“He came ?We eventually met??.
“And we were so excited to see each other again ?????My Mayor ??Mayor of Lagos ??To God be the glory.”
