A yet to be identified young man who disguises as an insane person was apprehended inside a bush at a Naval base in Sapele area of Delta state.
Reports said the man after a serious beating, confessed to the residents that he is not insane and that he hails from Anambra State.
The suspect further disclosed that he has been living in the bush for more than three weeks now without the knowledge of the naval authorities.
The man, who resides in a shrine inside the bush was seen with clean clothes and five mobile phones.
It was gathered that a Naval officer who said he was taken the suspect to the base for further interrogation, freed him after collecting money from him.
