Expressing confidence in the capabilities of the new Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh, Adams described him as a receptive individual who would work harmoniously with legislators to advance the sports sector.
He stated, “I believe our dear minister that has come in is a humble person that would listen to us. He should not forget that SWAN is a critical stakeholder that he must work with. We’ll do our best to ensure the growth of sports.”
SWAN President, Isaiah Kemje Benjamin, extended congratulations to Adams for his triumph at the tribunal and his appointment as the chairman of the House Representatives’ committee on sports.
Benjamin praised Adams as the most suitable candidate for the position and stated, “Your appointment as House Committee on Sports is the best, and I am sure sports will take a higher path. We are here to say you have started well and to encourage you to keep doing more.”
