Reno Omokri, a former aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan, has said the All Progressives Congress [APC] has used and dumped the Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha.
Omokri, who likened the governor to used sanitary pad, warned that the APC and President Muhammadu Buhari would do the same to the party’s national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, at the slightest opportunity.
He added that the same fate awaits the APC national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole and former governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi.
Omokri made the assertion on Twitter on Thursday. He wrote:
‘Tinubu, learn from Okorocha’s fate. After using him till he could be used no more, @MBuhari and @OfficialAPCNg have now thrown Rochas away like a used sanitary pad.
The same fate awaits Oshiomhole and Amaechi. Mark my words.

His followers on the microblogging platform have, however, shared mixed reactions to Omokri views, with many placing the blame on Okorocha.

Maybe APC should make Reno one of their special advisers since he claims to know the party more than it’s caucus.

Huge lesson needs to be learn from @MBuhari and @OfficialAPCNg looking at how use and dump runs in their blood. The way Okorocha and many more like him were dumped so also the likes of Tinubu, Amaechi and Oshiomhole will suffer in near future.
