Former presidential media aide, Reno Omokri, has expressed appreciation to President Bola Tinubu following his nomination, describing it as an opportunity to serve both the nation and humanity.
In a statement posted on his Facebook page, Omokri said, “I am particularly grateful to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his visionary and exemplary leadership.”
He stated that President Tinubu has shown him the true meaning of forgiveness and strengthened his understanding of patriotism, adding, “Christlikeness is demonstrated in him. He is the right man, at the right time, for the right job, and deserves the right hand of fellowship from all Nigerians.”
Omokri also acknowledged the influence of his parents, Esijolomi and Omerewumi, crediting them for shaping his values. He further expressed admiration for Malam Nuhu Ribadu, whom he described as “the epitome of goodness on Earth.”
He extended gratitude to his wife, Hana, for her unwavering support over the past three years, noting that she stood by him despite the opposition he faced for his loyalty to the President and to Nigeria.
