Nollywood actress Regina Daniels’ elder brother, Swezzy, has broken his silence amid growing speculation surrounding his sister’s troubled marriage to billionaire politician, Senator Ned Nwoko.

Taking to social media, Swezzy addressed what he described as a “false narrative” claiming that Regina allegedly took an oath before marrying Nwoko.

In his words, Swezzy wrote: “Nothing like a stupid oath. You all need to dead that mentality today! Which yeye oath? Oath dey mad? Who is pushing that dirty narrative? In this century, would a person take an oath?”

His reaction comes amid continued reports of tension between Regina and her husband.

Weeks earlier, the actress had made headlines after alleging that she was facing domestic violence in her marriage — a revelation that stirred widespread concern among fans and industry colleagues.

Recently, Regina once again took to her Instagram story to cry out for help, writing, “Someone, please help me. I feel like losing my mind.”

In her post, she alleged that her elder brother and sister had been arrested and expressed fears that her younger sister might also be targeted. She further claimed that they would not be released until she agreed to return to her husband and undergo rehabilitation.

The actress also accused Ned Nwoko of falsely branding her a drug addict — an accusation she vehemently denied. Regina added sarcastically that her husband might next call her a prostitute, vowing to one day expose his alleged actions.

While Swezzy has dismissed the rumours of any oath-taking, fans and social media users continue to monitor developments as the family’s private struggles play out publicly.
