Former President Olusegun Obasanjo arrived at the Yola International Airport on Thursday and was welcomed by top political figures in the state.
Obasanjo was received at the airport by Gov. Mohammed Jibrilla, his deputy Martins Babale, Ahmed Joda, an elder statesman and other members of the Adamawa state executive council.
Reports say the former President is expected to pass the night in Yola and hold consultative meeting with various interest groups in the state, before proceeding to his farm in Gembu- Mambilla Taraba State.
