Nigerian clergyman Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Prophet Odumeje or Indaboski, has announced his ambition to contest the 2027 presidential election.
In a video currently circulating on social media, the founder of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry made the declaration during a church service while addressing his congregation.
“2027, next president of Nigeria. I am a man of power. What happened in the time of Pharaoh may happen in Nigeria. I know what Nigerians need and I will put things right. I already found the person that would assist me. Holy Ghost, I am ready,” he declared.
Odumeje boldly asserted that he is destined to become Nigeria’s next president, emphasizing that divine authority overrides any human opposition.
According to him, “Whoever God confirms, no man can stop.”
The controversial prophet also revealed that he has chosen a running mate from the northern part of the country, although he only mentioned a name resembling “Musa” during his announcement.
He further likened the future political landscape to biblical times, predicting that the events surrounding the 2027 elections would mirror what happened during the reign of Pharaoh.
This is not the first time Odumeje has hinted at a presidential ambition.
Months earlier, he had called on Nigerian youths to rise and take leadership, asking his congregation whether he should run for the highest office in the land.
