Gambian actress and film producer, Princess Shyngle has denounced her country and warned fellow countrymen to stay away from her.
The 30-year-old recently took to Instagram where she described her homeland, Gambia as the ‘worst country in history.’
She went a step further to tag fellow Gambians as the ‘worst people’ she would not want anything to do with.
While reiterating that she wasn’t scared of backlash, Shyngle declared Gambians and people who feel aggrieved or hurt by her post should unfollow her on social media.
She wrote:
“I don’t ever want to associate with anything that has to do with Gambia,” she wrote, adding
“I am not Gambian, I have nothing to do with Gambia.”
Recall that Ghana-based actress’ sued for a divorce last week after tying the knot two months with her best friend, Gibril Bala Gaye.
She alleged that she had constantly been beaten by her now estranged husband.
Shyngle further stated that the abuse started a week into their marriage.
The actress came online to make the revelation after her husband went on Instagram live to tell the world that his wife locked him out of the house after a little disagreement about eight weeks ago and he hasn’t seen her for seven weeks.
