President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, November 30, presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting as always.
Alongside the vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the President interacted with his ministers and they all gave their reports to the Nigerian leader.
But one of the pictures taken of the meeting showed about four of the ministers of the federal republic in different forms of inexplicable laughter as they were still within the premises of the State House where the meeting often holds in Abuja.
