Popular Nigerian street singer Portable has taken to social media to air grievances with his babymama, Ashabi, accusing her of creating problems between him and his wife, Bewaji.
The conflict intensified on Friday when Ashabi posted a video calling herself “a blessed, happy, determined, grateful, and peaceful woman.”
Portable responded in the comments, accusing Ashabi of using “fake love” and claiming she was seeking fame by having a child with him.
Portable commented, “You dey look for fame that’s why you born for star. No dey use your own fake love dey spoil real love for me. Your leg no good oo, you need prayer.”
He further warned Ashabi to avoid interacting with his wife, as he said it only led to issues between him and Bewaji.
He noted how anytime she mingles with his wife, he and his wife end up having issues as he vowed to impregnate one of her friends.
“Sha stop to dey talk to my wife for my back. You wey tell my wife say I wan give you ring. Did you tell her you and your family give me the price?
And you still dey do shit. If we talk you go say na movie location wife. Every time you mingle with my wife na so so fight she go just dey fight me. Na una dey spoil her mind. Make una remember she was there before una come. Why you no dey fear self? You dey date person husband, still get mind tell am say make una be friends.
You no dey loyal. You born pikin for person husband still dey tell am say your man wan give me ring. As you come back him people dey know how many people wey born for me. Na fame you dey look for no be love”.
In response, Ashabi posted a photo of herself with the caption “Queen of Peace,” indicating she was unbothered by Portable’s outburst.
This is not the first public dispute between the two. Their relationship has been rocky since it began, with past incidents involving public statements and accusations.
In June, Portable accused Ashabi of stirring issues with Bewaji, despite Ashabi’s previous declaration that she would distance herself from Portable.
Meanwhile, Bewaji has shared her perspective through a calm response, posting a video of herself with the caption, “When I don’t know what to do, I PRAY.” Portable, supporting Bewaji, praised her in the comments, writing, “Blessings Queen. No makeup, natural.”
The love triangle between Portable, Ashabi, and Bewaji has faced public scrutiny several times, with both relationships facing ups and downs. Ashabi recently expressed her love for Portable, calling him her “best man” and promising her love despite challenges.
However, the drama has continued, with Portable accusing Ashabi of attempting to ruin his marriage.
