The Police Command in Ogun on Saturday denied the rumour that its tactical team shot an innocent person on the Papalanto/Ilaro road.
The Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, debunked the rumour in a Press release made available to newsmen in Ota, Ogun State.
Oyeyemi said that the attention of the Command had been drawn to a misleading information circulating on social media that men of the Command shot and killed a person along the Papalanto/Ilaro road on Thursday.
