The Police in Cross River State arrested a father identified as Nwa Aba, for torturing his daughter because of a bottle of soft drink she drank on Sunday, in Obudu, Cross River State.
According to Eyewitnesses, Nwa Aba who owns a provision store in the area, stripped, flogged and tied up the little girl after noticing a drink was missing.
However, neighbors were quick to intervene, inviting the police who promptly arrested him and took him away.
