A yet to be identified young men were, on Tuesday morning, maltreated after they were caught trying to steal cables from underground tunnel in area 8 Garki, Abuja.
This was made known in the pictures that emerged on the internet few minutes ago.
The suspects who should have been immediately handed over to the relevant law enforcement authorities for proper prosecution were seen tied down like animals.
