The emergence of Coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria is gradually eliminating the trend of elaborate weddings in the country.

Although the government has warned on social gatherings and religious gatherings at this moment in other to avoid the spread of COVID-19, a few are still getting married, though in a few numbers and with precautions.

Not long ago, photos of two lovebirds who got married during the last week appeared on the internet, with the duo simply dressed in casual outfits.

The now-viral couple were declared husband and wife at an ECWA Church in Kaltungo, Kaltungo DCC, Gombe State, Naija News learnt.

The wedding event was witnessed by just four persons, of which two are clergymen, and other two suspected to be relatives of the couple.
