Former Minister of Aviation and spokesperson for Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential campaign, Femi Fani-Kayode, was arraigned before a Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday.He was accused of a N4.9 billion fraud.
Arraigned alongside Fani Kayode was a former Minister of Finance, Senator Nenadi Usman.
Both of them are being accused of spending N4.9 billion which was gotten from arms deal fraud, on PDP campaign during the last presidential election.
At the end both of them were ordered to be remanded in prison.
