The gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN), yesterday visited President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House, Abuja.
Akeredolu was accompanied by Governor of Plateau State, Hon. Simon Lalong, to the State House after emerging the party’s flag bearer in the coming governorship election.
The President also played host to Governor of Bauchi State, Mohammed Abubakar and Jigawa State Governor, Badaru Abubakar in the State House.
The visit became necessary as the President visit to Ondo State was yesterday postponed to November 10. It was initially scheduled for November 3 for the commencement of the campaign of Akeredolu.
