President Muhammadu Buhari journeyed to Edo State on Tuesday, for the All Progressives Congress (APC) mega rally to round off the governorship campaign.The President was accompanied by all APC governors. The president’s ruling party, APC is supporting Godwin Obaseki, current Chairman of the Edo State Economic and Strategy Team to succeed outgoing Adams Oshiomole.
The strongest contenders in the election, which would be taking place on September 10 are APC’s Obaseki and Peoples Democratic Party’s Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
