President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, delivered a powerful speech in his national statement at the High Level Segment of COP 22 in Marakkech Morocco.
This was disclosed on the Facebook page of the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.
President Buhari had among his entourage the Minister of Environment, Amina Mohammed and Plateau State Governor H.E. Simon Lalong shortly before delivering his national statement.
The full national statement the President delivered at the event is expected to be made public soon by his media aide.
It was gathered that before President Buhari delivered his speech, he met with the King of Morocco His Majesty King Mohammed VI and President of COP 22 Mr. Salaheddine Mezouar.
