PHOTOS: Man who named his dog Buhari appears in court today, see what he told Magistrate
The 40-year-old trader arrested for naming his dog Buhari, Mr Joachim Chinakwe, has been arraigned in court.
Joachim, who was arrested on August 13, 2016, was arraigned before a Sango Magistrate Court, Ogun State on Monday August 22, 2016.
According to the charge sheet, the trader was said to have conducted himself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by naming his og Buhari and parading same at Hausa section of Ketere market in Sango area.
According to our correspondent, when asked if he was guilty or not, Mr Joachim said “not guilty”.
