PHOTOS: How Salah, Pogba, Rashford, others celebrated Christmas
As the world glittered with the colourful lights of Christmas, football leagues across the globe aren’t scheduled to entertain fans but the beautiful game has its way of entertaining fans off the pitch.
Premier League stars, including Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah and Chelsea’s Thiago Silva have all shared photos of their Christmas celebrations with their families.
Although Salah’s picture was met with a little hiccup from some Muslim faithful, it did little to dampen the Christmas spirit as he gladly celebrated the birth of Christ beside a Christmas tree with his family.
