Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, on Sunday, visited Sokoto State to commiserate with them over the demise of former Sultan Ibrahim Dasuki.
This was made known in the pictures shared on the Facebook page of Rochas Pikin.
Governor Okorocha who holds the tittle of Dan Jikan Sokoto was received at the airport by his counterpart, Governor Aminu Tambuwal and other dignitaries.
Okorocha who was accompanied on the trip by Sen Benjamin Uwajumogu went straight to the palace of Sultan of Sokoto Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar to pay his condolence over the demise of the former traditional ruler, Dasuki.
Recall that Governor Okorocha was at the caliphate penultimate week for the Sultan’s 10th anniversary on the throne.
