Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki was on Monday commended by the members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists and National Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) for appointing Mr John Mayaki as his Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
This was made known in the post and pictures shared on the Facebook page of Gloria Eluebo Adagbon.
Mr Mayaki was described as very cerebral and thoroughbreed Professional by the leadership of both unions at a reception organised by his friends in the Media, which held recently at the NUJ centre in Benin City.
The state chairman of the NUJ, Comarde Roland Osakue who spoke at the occasion said he was elated on hearing news of Mayaki’s appointment, describing it as well deserving.
