Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili and other members of the Bring Back Our Girls group on Thursday stage a protest at the entrance of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
According to the placards displayed by the protesters, the group was renewing their call on the Federal Government to safely rescue the Chibok girls abducted by Boko Haram terrorists in 2014.
Also in the protest was a prominent member of the Bring Back Our Girls advocacy group, Aisha Yesufu.

Meanwhile, member of the Bring back our Girls group also visited the British High Commissioner, Mr. Paul Arkwright, soliciting the foreign mission on the release of the Chibok girls.

This is coming three days after a heavily armed policemen barred members the group from entering the Presidential Villa during a march on Monday, August 22.
The policemen blocked the Presidential Villa entrance from the Federal Secretariat area, telling protesters that they were acting on orders to ensure that the protest did not turn violent.
As a result, the campaigners held a press conference on the road.
