News broke on on Tuesday morning that the Lekki home of popular Nigerian pop singer, Bankole Wellington was on fire. The fire began around 6am, but fire fighters did not get there until about an hour and thirty minutes later. Though they were able to put the fire out, several things have been destroyed.
No casualties were reported. Even the cute little family dog was saved.
