Renowned musician, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has donated assorted relief materials to Internally Displaced Persons in Makurdi.
Idibia, accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Annie Idibia and his friends, made the donation on Tuesday.
The African Queen crooner also reached out to well meaning Nigeria for more aids for the affected flood victims.
His wife, Annie also thanked all those that made the event a success.
She wrote, “Seeing Our mothers, sisters, brothers, and children in such distress. people who were just managing their lives reduced to Being Homeless. No Food, No Shelter Etc.
“Father Lord please come to the aid of your people. We have done our little bit, It doesn’t stop here because the truth is they will run out of all the items they got today.
“We won’t stop here either, “It’s a daily thing” please my people let’s all do our tiny bit, It really really sad.
“A very big thank you to all who have donated, Supported and still supporting, God will never ever leave you stranded too. Thank you to “The red cross team”
