Photo: NAPTIP launch search for ‘human trafficker’

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has launched a search for “most wanted human trafficker,” identified as Perbi Nicole Otubo.

The agency made the announcement via the official handle of the Director-General of (NAPTIP,)Dame Julie Okah-Donli.

NAPTIP also released phone numbers and email for anyone with useful information that could lead to her arrest.
